Orders placed before 2pm, are shipped on the same day. Orders are shipped Monday through to Saturday. All tracking information is sent via email and text. Luminary Melbourne takes no responsibility for Australia Post shipping delays, lost or stolen packages in transit.

Luminary Melbourne does not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind.
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact Luminary Melbourne at email@example.com within seven days of purchase. Please provide full details including photos to verify you are entitled to a replacement new product and follow the instruction provided. We will process all requests promptly and action all shipping requirements.
In the unlikely event of an item being delivered faulty, please contact Luminary Melbourne at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven days of purchase. Please provide full details including photos to verify your order. We will happily provide you with a full refund or store credit and cover the return shipping cost. Please note that it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
We take pride with our products, so anything returned should be new, unused and in the original packaging. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
