As an internationally trained skin expert, Nicolette has honed her skills across the globe from New York to Australia, learning from esteemed professionals such as Cecily Braden, Melanie Grant, and Ashley Jo. She is one of the first Australians certified in the Dr. Vodder method of Lymphatic Drainage, Gua Sha Fusion Facial, Qi Beauty, and Advanced Buccal Facial Sculpting Massage, bringing cutting-edge holistic treatments to the Australian landscape.
Nicolette's deep passion for skin science is reflected in her customised clinical treatments, which seamlessly combine traditional techniques with modern advancements to optimise individual skin health. Nicolette is a proud new mum to a baby girl Aurora. Luminary Melbourne has had incredible success since its inception in November 2020, where Nicolette created Luminary Melbourne as a sole operator. Winning Sole Operator of the Year 2021 & 2022. Currently the winner of five Australian Beauty Industry Awards, including Australian Clinic of the Year 2024. Today, Luminary Melbourne is proud to feature a skilled team of six, all inspired by Nicolette’s vision and commitment, delivering exceptional results to our clients every day. With over 10 years industry experience, and over 5 years specialising in skin Emily is a passionate and results-driven dermal clinician. Emily has completed a Diploma in Beauty Therapy and a Bachelor in Dermal Science, her extensive studies in the industry have provided her with thorough knowledge and ample in clinic experience that allows her to delve deeper into the science of skin and provide a individualised experience for her clients. Emily take’s pride in building meaningful connections with clients making sure they feel heard, valued and confident in her care.
Her personal experience with acne fuelled her passion for helping others achieve clearer, healthier skin and has allowed her to sympathise with her clients making her practice not just about the treatment being performed, but a tailored experience providing individualised results. Emily has a wide variety of favourite treatments to perform in clinic, however she really enjoys customising and combining treatments together to suit each individuals skin needs and goals.

Claire is a highly accomplished Senior Skin Therapist with over ten years of experience delivering refined, results-driven skin and body treatments within leading medi-spas and luxury wellness clinics. Renowned for her intuitive approach and meticulous attention to detail, Claire specialises in advanced skin therapies. Each treatment begins with an in-depth consultation and is thoughtfully tailored to support long-term skin health, balance, and visible refinement. Claire’s philosophy centres on personalised care, education, and trust.
She is deeply committed to understanding each client’s skin, lifestyle, and goals, creating a considered treatment journey that feels both indulgent and purposeful. Shay is a qualified Dermal Clinician with a deeply holistic, hands-on approach to skin health. With a passion for both science and human connection, she is devoted to helping clients achieve long-term skin confidence through thoughtful, results-driven care.Guided by a genuine desire to support others, Shay combines advanced dermal knowledge with intuitive treatment techniques to create personalised skin journeys that are both corrective and nurturing. Her calm, warm presence allows clients to feel instantly at ease, while her precision ensures every treatment is delivered with care and intention. Shay is highly skilled in advanced facial therapies, and has trained closely alongside Director Nicolette to deliver immediate results while supporting long-term skin integrity.

SARA - DERMAL THERAPIST
Sara is a highly skilled Dermal Therapist with over five years of industry experience and a deep passion for skin science, ingredient knowledge, and holistic skin health. Having completed her Diploma of Beauty Therapy and Associate Degree in Dermal Therapy. Sara is currently in her final year of her bachelor of Dermal Science on her pathway to becoming a Dermal Clinician. Sara’s approach to skin is both corrective and nurturing, shaped by her own personal experience with acne and inflammation. This has led her to specialise in healing the skin from within, combining evidence based dermal practices with a holistic understanding of skin function to achieve long-term, sustainable results.
She is highly regarded for her expertise in manual lymphatic therapy and Buccal Facial Sculpting, creating bespoke treatment plans and product prescriptions tailored to each client’s individual needs. Every appointment with Sara is designed to restore balance, confidence, and deep relaxation. Sara’s dedication and professionalism have been recognised within the industry.
