CUTERA EXCEL V+

LASER FOR REDNESS & PIGMENTATION

Redness and pigmentation are the concerns women often give up on. Creams calm the surface for an afternoon, then the flushing returns, the capillaries stay visible, the sun damage creeps back with the first warm week. The cause isn't on the surface. It lives in the vessels and pigment cells below, and our Excel V+ is a precision laser built to reach exactly there.

When we say precision, we mean it. Our laser delivers measured pulses of laser energy to the specific structures causing your skin concern, and nothing else. Your unwanted vessels and pigmentation absorb it, and surrounding skin passes it by.

Every treatment finishes under LED light therapy, calming, healing and strengthening the skin you've just corrected.

CUTERA EXCEL V+

Diffuse Redness/Rosacea Treatment

For the flush that stopped being occasional. Whether it's rosacea, reactive redness or the fine capillaries that arrived sometime in your thirties and stayed, this treatment goes to the vessels themselves.

Our laser technology precisely targets the superficial vessels feeding the redness, calming inflammation at its source and restoring a clearer, more even complexion, while LED closes the treatment, reducing sensitivity and strengthening the skin's overall function.

Available for: face (60 minutes), face and neck (75 minutes), or face, neck and décolleté (90 minutes).

CUTERA EXCEL V+

Pigment Removal Treatment

For the sun damage, age spots and uneven tone that skincare was never going to shift.

Our laser technology targets excess pigmentation within the skin directly, breaking down discolouration cluster by cluster while the surrounding skin stays untouched.

Treated pigmentation typically darkens over a day or two, then lifts away as your skin renews, revealing the clearer, brighter complexion underneath. LED light therapy finishes each session, supporting the healing and the long game: skin that's visibly more even, radiant and refined across a course.

Available for face (60 minutes), face and neck (60 minutes), or face, neck and décolleté (90 minutes).

FAQs

What causes facial redness and broken capillaries?

Persistent redness usually comes from dilated or damaged blood vessels near the skin's surface, driven by genetics, sun exposure, temperature extremes, rosacea or simply time. Skincare can calm the surface, but it can't close a vessel, which is why laser is the treatment that changes things.

Can rosacea be cured?

No, and any clinic promising a cure is overpromising. Rosacea can be significantly reduced and managed with vascular laser, often to the point where flushing stops running your week. We'll give you honest expectations at your consultation

What causes pigmentation on the face?

Most facial pigmentation is melanin produced in excess, triggered by UV exposure, hormones, inflammation or injury to the skin. It forms in the deeper layers months before it becomes visible, which is why creams alone rarely shift it and why laser treats it at the source.

How does laser remove pigmentation?

The Excel V+ delivers precise laser energy that's absorbed by the pigment itself while surrounding skin passes it by. The treated pigment darkens over a day or two, then lifts away as your skin renews, revealing more even skin underneath. A course of treatments delivers the lasting result.

Does the treatment hurt?

Each pulse feels like a quick warm snap with cooling built into the handpiece, more startling than sore. Most clients find it very manageable, and treatments are over quickly.

What's the downtime?

For redness treatments, expect mild flushing for a day or so. For pigment removal, treated spots typically darken, may crust, then flake away over about a week. It can look worse before it looks better, and we'll walk you through exactly what your week will hold.

Is this treatment safe for melasma?

Melasma needs careful handling, because it's heat-sensitive and the wrong treatment can worsen it. Depending on your skin, we may recommend the Rejuran Tone-Up booster or a combination approach instead of laser alone. This is precisely the kind of decision your consultation exists to make.
